Cock and ball torture (CBT) involves torture of the male genitals. The male recipient of the torture derives pleasure in one of two ways. For some, pleasure comes directly from the torture. With others, their pleasure comes from knowing that their Mistress is enjoying torturing them. Either way, he gets lots of pain!
Regardless how they derive their pleasure, the techniques used are the same for each. Genital spanking, hot wax, pinching and twisting, clamping off genitals, squeezing, flogging, ballbusting, electrostimulation, urethral play, abrading the genitals, kicking the genitals. Basically anything that will create pain is used to torture the subject. Parachutes, humblers, ball stretchers and ball cuffs are a few of the items used to help create pain.
It’s easy to see how these techniques can be used by a live Dominatrix in session. More creativity is required to use torture techniques by a phone sex Mistress. Many callers have not invested in the various “toys” used to create the pain. So, other implements must be found to create the sensations usually created by the cuffs, parachutes, etc.
What might you be expected to have available for your phone session? Wooden spoons and belts are good alternatives to floggers and paddles, wide rubberbands can take the place of cuffs, candles and matches or a lighter take the place of molten wax, shoelaces or rawhide boot laces or small ropes can take the place of parachutes and ballstretchers. For abrasions, sandpaper is good, but toothbrushes gelled with IcyHot or BenGay or other capsaicin ointment creates a lovely sting. Clothespins can provide a wonderful pinching experience. Electrostimulation is a bit more difficult because of the danger in letting the caller set up his own system without necessarily knowing what he’s doing. However, a 9 volt battery gives a slight bit of electrical stimulation, especially when the skin is already wet. Urethral play is a bit more problematic. Ideally, nothing except properly sterilized sounds should be used in order to avoid infection. Many callers cannot afford the sounds, or purchase them but will not take them to a tattoo parlor or nail salon to be put through the autoclave to be properly sterilized. Unless the caller has a willing helper with him, kicking or kneeing of the genitals is not possible without expenditure of a lot of money for a machine which will automatically do this.
